We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're are not satisfied in any way with the goods you have purchased we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. All we ask you is to email us at returns@nile.co.uk before sending the returns and tell us the invoice number and the reason for return.
